Your conference registration fee covers full access to all scientific sessions, daily lunches and scheduled coffee breaks, conference dinner and social events. The fee must be paid by bank transfer. Conference fee does not cover accommodation cost and the fees do not include payment / bank costs (cost of transfer, currency exchange, etc.).

Students/PhD Students must confirm with a letter signed by their supervisors to benefit from the reduced fee.

Researchers with at least 70% of their conference participation funded by public grants may be eligible for a VAT exemption. To qualify for the VAT exemption, an electronic statement confirming that participation in the conference is financed from public funds, signed by persons authorized to incur liabilities on behalf of the university/institution, must be sent immediately after payment to: fundacjapp@put.poznan.pl.
